The next Hartford Parish Council meeting is on Monday 9 November 2026 at Hartford Village Hall (Chester Road CW8 1LW), at 7.30pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the meeting, in person or via the link on the agenda.
The agenda is posted on our noticeboards and the agenda and papers are available on our website.
Public participation
There is a ‘Public Open Forum’ session before the meeting at 7.20pm, where you can raise issues and concerns with the Councillors.
Members of the public are welcome to attend in person or virtually using Microsoft Teams via the link on the agenda.
