Police Constable Adam Baxter and Police Community Support Officer Phil Hambleton work closely with the community to help keep Hartford safe and address local concerns.

As a Police Officer, PC Baxter’s role includes responding to incidents, investigating crime, supporting victims, and tackling issues such as anti-social behaviour and nuisance activity. PCSO Phil Hambleton focuses on crime prevention, community engagement, reassurance patrols, and helping resolve local issues before they escalate.
