Welcome to Hartford Parish Council

The hire charge is per time slot booked and the rate is based on the type of user. 

1. Individual/Private Bookings: £20/slot 

2. Funded Charity & community group bookings: £20/slot

3. Unfunded Charity & community group bookings: Please contact the Clerk

Payments:

by “bank transfer” using the bank details Hartford Parish Council  Sort Code: 60-83-01  Account: 20266057

(Please make sure the transfer  reference is the same as the booking name.) 

Card payment can be arranged but this would require a visit to Clerks office.

No deposit required at this time.

Please DONOT make any payments until you have received the confirmation email from the Clerk confirming the booking. 

Please note: You will need to request access to the hub once you have submitted your request.
