Let's play sessions
Calling all children in Hartford… want to make new friends and have fun? Come along with your parents or carers to Let’s play!
At the sessions, you will find lots of games and activities on offer, like giant jenga, chess, water-colour paints, hula-hoops, balls, construction blocks and more.
These play sessions are organised by Hartford NSPCC, and are supported by Hartford Parish Council. The aim of the sessions is to help children feel more at home in Hartford, make new friends and have fun. Play is unstructured – that is to say, there isn’t an adult leading the games. It’s all about children having the chance to be creative.
The sessions take place on Hartford’s Green field (near the allotments, behind the Chester Road shops). Please see the Events page for upcoming dates and times.
Please note:
- Children are the responsibility of their parents / carers and must be supervised at all times
- This is an outdoor event. If the weather looks bad, we may postpone and will update the Hartford Parish Council Facebook page and our website on the day if so
- There is no parking on the Green field. There is an accessible toilet inside the Pavilion and ramp access to the front door
- It’s free of charge to attend. No need to book – just come along on the day.
We are keen to ensure the event is welcoming for everyone. If your child has any SEND needs, please email asst.clerk@
