Hartford Parish Council Equipment Loan Scheme

HPC have developed a loan scheme thats free to residents of Hartford. The aims of the scheme is to allow residences and groups in Hartford to reserve items of equipment for loan. 

If you would like to use the scheme and loan equipment from the council you will need to register your details and agree to the terms and conditions of the loan agreement.

You must register your details with the clerk.

You will need to provide the following information to register:-

  1. Proof of identification-Driving licence or passport

  2. Proof of address-Two current bills in your name with details of your address.

  3. Proof of insurance:-Your house contents insurance covers the item and user when it’s on loan, damage, or injury to the user.

Gazebo 

Gorilla Gazebo 3m x 3m Pop-Up Gazebo Blue , wheeled Carry bag, Pegs and Guy Ropes

Gazebo Is packed in a bag with wheels. Simple to erect, but would recommend 4 people as each corner needs a person to expand and raise. The same when taking the gazebo down. Please try and ensure the gazebo is dry before packing away. If this is not possible inform the Clerk that the gazebo is wet.
