The Pavilion is a versatile and inclusive space that provides a hub for the local community to come together. It is a shared venue for The Plotter, Cycle Hub, and the surrounding residential areas. Our aim is to provide a welcoming and stimulating environment that encourages social interaction, learning, and mutual support. The space is equipped with modern facilities, including a utility area where drinks can be made, meeting spaces, and a multi-functional event space. The Plotters can meet and discuss gardening and sustainability. The Cycle Hub offers cycling advice, bike repair services, and social rides. The residents and community groups can use the Hub space  for events and activities in the local community. We are proud to be a welcoming and inclusive space for people of all ages and backgrounds. Our vision is to build stronger local communities by providing a place for people to connect, learn, and grow.

Clear rules and regulations are crucial in a multi-use space to maintain a safe and functional environment for all occupants. They help prevent damage to the property, ensure fair use of facilities, and resolve conflicts. Guidelines can include noise levels, parking, access, and equipment use. Ultimately, having clear rules creates a positive environment for all users.

Our access system allows only approved people into the building, making sure it’s safe and secure. To get in, people need permission, and their entry details are recorded. This helps us keep track of who’s coming in and out, making the building even more secure. With our advanced tech, it’s easy for management to keep an eye on who is accessing the building.
