Environment committee

The primary objective of this committee would be improving the quality of the environment and would include Woods & Gardens, WRT, allotments, green spaces, Plastic Free, sustainability and other environmental issues. Member of the public can attend and make presentations, raise issues and suggest activities at the start of the meeting. 

The next meeting is planned for Wednesday 26 January at 7.30pm in Hartford Village Hall.

Public Participation

There is a ‘Public Open Forum’ session at the beginning of the meeting where you can raise issues about environmental matters with the Councillors.  It would be helpful if you could contact the Clerk if you plan to attend, especially if you wish to speak – clerk@hartfordparishcouncil.org.uk or 01606 784401 as the time usually allowed is limited to 15 minutes in total with each individual given 3 minutes to raise their issue.

COVID restrictions are still in place in the Hall so please ensure you are wearing a face covering, practice social distancing and use the hand sanitiser.
